Do I need to bring food & drink.

You will need to provide your own food for breakfasts and lunches. Also, if you can please bring your own plates, cups, plastic glasses, knives and forks along - to reduce the amount of waste that we create- that would be amazing.

There will be a self service Tea & Coffee station which is free all weekend. There will also be unlimited squash & cucumber/mint water available throughout the weekend.

We will have a Steetfood catering on both Friday & Saturday evenings, serving from approx 6pm-9pm. Both nights will be “pay as you go” (approx £12 per head) and there will be a Vegan option on both evenings.

The nearest shop is in the local village of Whitchurch, or you can find larger supermarkets in Aylesbury. There's also a farm shop (Parrott Bros) on the other side of Whitchurch.

What else do I need to bring for the weekend?

You will need to bring everything that you would normally taking on a camping trip! We encourage you to bring your own plates, cutlery & drinking vessels so we can reduce the amount of waste generated over the weekend.

A packing list would include -

Tent (unless you have paid for a Glamping Bell Tent)

Sleeping Bags / Bedding (unless you have paid for a Glamping Bell Tent)

Camping chairs

Torches

Plates / Bowls / Cutlery / Mugs / Plastic glasses. - There are washing up facilities

Cool Box - There is a freezer to freeze ice blocks.

Food to cover breakfast & lunches.

Supersoaker / Water Pistols (kids)

Sun-cream.

Rain coat.

Dancing Shoes.

Are dogs welcome?

You are welcome to bring you dog, but they must be under control at all times during the weekend, and you must pick up & dispose of any dog poo. There will be livestock in neighbouring fields and small children roaming around the site.

Any mis-behaving dogs will be asked to taken off site for the rest of the weekend.

I can play the guitar / DJ - are there any open slots to perform?

Let us know what talent you have and we should be able to find a slot for you to perform. Use the email address above to get in touch. There might event be a couple of drinks in it for you!

What is Rhythm & Rapture?

Drawing inspiration from 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic Dance, this is a conscious dance session lasting approximately 1 hour.

Participants will come together in a circle for short introductions and the dance or ‘wave’ will be followed by a closing circle for reflections to the group.

Tony will play the music and offer light guidance or structure if and as required.

No previous experience is required, only an open mind and moving body.

Do I need to buy weekend tickets if I pay for a Glamping Bell Tent?

Yes!

If you have your own tent, then you only need to buy "Weekend Camping" tickets for your group. These cover a pitch in the camping field and access to all elements of the event.

The  "Glamping Bell Tents" are in addition to the weekend event tickets.

Eg -

2 adults = 2x £105

1 child over 8 = 1x £25

1 child under 8 = Free

Total event tickets = £235 - camping in your own tent

Pre-Erected Family Glamping Bell Tent, with beds & bedding = £355

Total Event Tickets & Glamping Bell Tent - £590.
